In the center of Groton is our City Park. The park has fun playground equipment for children of all ages and a canopy with several picnic tables under it. Our park also offers a walking path and two permanent cornhole boards. The Garden Club plants the beautiful flowers in the park every year. We also have camping available with full service hookups. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Payments can be dropped off in the drop box at the park. Restrooms are available at the park along with a dump station. Other recreational facilities in Groton include a swimming pool located at 228 E 11th Avenue along with a tennis/pickleball court and basketball courts. We also have a laundromat located on Main Street if needed. Other amenities in Groton include a grocery store, several restaurants/bars, 2 gas stations, a drug store, bowling alley, and a bank.
